Question:

FineDrive 350 Recharge Problem

My FineDrive 350 work good enough to get the job done. However, sometimes I have problem with recharging. When I plug in with either AC or usb, the red light does not come on or sometimes when the red light is on, the unit would not come on. Any clue on what's going on?
