Finedrive 300. When I purchased this product, the Activesync CD disk was missing from the box. I

When I purchased this product, the Activesync CD disk was missing from the box. I believe that there is more info. on the CD than just the Activesync program, that is required to fully download the info needed to activeate the gps unit ............ any ideas on how I can solve this problem ... I have e-mailed finedrive, butr have had no response.
