Finedrive 400 error.

Question

I have 2 of the finedrive 400 gps, one id the model with the A/V connections. the one crashed with the fatal error message. I downloaded the upgrade software but it won't take no matter how many times ive tried. the first couple times it came up with the clivk to continue to update software. when I did this it starts to update but then gets an error saying it can't find map data.. the other one was sorta working ok until I did the update, It seemed to update ok but now it just gets an error message saying wrong file or some such thing.any help?Thanks
