Finger pull ups on barbell?

if i do chin ups with just three fingers hanging, does it help in increasing the forearm sizes?

  1. no it wont, and i dont think thats wise to be doing. doing them with only 3 fingers increases risk of injury significantly. think about it ur fingers pulling ur whole body. it may lead to early signs of arthritis or something else. keep donig them if you want to, but it may harm you, but no it wont increase your forearm size, to do that just do lots of curls.
