Fingerprints for italian citizenship. Where can i do that in MIlan?

You probably should be asking the Questura (police office that handles immigration) for this information. I had to do this for my carta di soggiorno (permanent permit to stay in Italy) and it was the Questura that made the appointment and told me where to go. I don't think you can just show up and have it done -- and they won't accept something that is not done officially.

You can also ask your country's embassy or consulate for information about this.
