Fingers heal too slow!

I stopped biting my fingers a month ago. A lot of flesh has grown back, but my fingers still look damaged. How long is this gonna take?

My mom said that because I've been biting my fingers for so long (3 years) it will take a very long time for all the damage to be repaired.

What do you guys think? Maybe I bite my fingers in my sleep?

If it takes a long time to heal, then you might have a problem. You might want to consult a doctor about this since slow healing is a symptom of many problems.

In the meantime, I suggest taking some multivitamins if you haven't already.
