Finish Work?

Question

I have never learned how to properly stitch my products together. So far I don't have trouble with the stitching but there must be a universal way I can learn to put the pieces together that will look professional. If there's a place on the web that you're aware of, I would definitely appreciate that web address.

Also, I'm not sure of how to block either, so any instructions on that would be appreciated as well. Thank you.
