The German side’s head coach insisted that the loss of one of his best players must not have a negative effect on the club, as they go into their last game of the year against Bayer 04 Leverkusen
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hamburger-SV-c39485 team trainer Thorsten Fink has asked his players to stay strong mentally after the injury of attacking midfielder Rafael van der Vaart, even though he said that the Bundesliga outfit will miss the creativity of the
attacker. However, he urged the team to stay united and get a positive result in the coming weekend.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 international suffered a hamstring injury against Fortuna Dusseldorf last month and is not expected to return to action until the New Year, but the manager wants his side to believe that they can get good results
even without the playmaker.
The boss stated that they have to face the ugly truth to survive without the influential player if he is unavailable. He suggested that ideally he would want Rafael in all the games but that is not physically possible. Moreover,
he further added that they can qualify for Europe next season if they keep up their top form until the end of the campaign.
"It is important that the players see that sometimes we will have to be without Rafael, though we need him back desperately. We have a chance of qualifying for Europe. If other teams falter, we are there. If we are consistent,
we could play internationally," the former Bayern Munich player added.

"We have 24 points. We go with confidence to Leverkusen, where we can play with no pressure. Why should not we score?" he mused.
"The whole club has developed. Everything is much more professional. Also, I have developed myself as a coach, as well as the team,” he concluded.
Hamburg are only three points away from UEFA Champions League spots. They have 24 points from 16 games, and the club tactician is positive that they can get three points against Leverkusen on Saturday. Fink conceded that the team
has improved and is going towards a better future with the help of recent developments.
