Fios vs comcast?

why does everybody say comcast sucks and how much better is fios

comcast=$55/month for basic cable, no cable box

fios tv=$43/month for 1 cable box and 200+ channels

comcast w/fios tv configuration: around $80-100 bucks

plus the picture on fios is better

Verizon FiOS is cheaper than cable plus you get faster internet. Even the basic plan is faster than cable's basic plan and you can upgrade to ridiculous speeds - 20 mbps up / 20 mpbs down, which is crazy fast.

FiOS TV has the best picture quality, over 200 channels, and is also cheaper than cable.

And this is a big plus: right now Verizon will give you a free 19" LCD TV for signing up for Triple Play (tv, phone, and internet).

It's pretty much a no brainer.

(I just wish they had FiOS available in my neighborhood right now, which they don't yet).
