Fire escape ladder?

Okay so im looking for a fire escape ladder maybe one thats like a rope one that can hook on the outside of my window so when we have a fire i can just pull it out and throw it out the window

After doing a little searching I found this site:

fireescapeladders.com

Their products seem to be about the same prices as the rest but better quality than most. On the other hand, eBay seems to have quite a few for cheap but I would make sure I bought a new one if it was from their (escape ladders aren't something you want second-hand)

Many stores sell them, Mex-i-ox, Canadian tire, wall mart, home hardware, home depot, they're all over.
