take orange paint off of black rubber bumper,, I backed into a fire hydrant

butter knife and scrape it, a little bit of sandpaper, and then wax it or paint it with black(black is basically black) and an artist brush.

cut polish, can be bought at any auto supply store

Wet your fingers and sprinkle a little Comet or other kitchen sink cleaner on your fingers.  Gently rub the orange paint until the cleanser removes the paint.  Do not use a cloth, you will not realize how hard you are scrubbing and you could mark the bumper.
