FireFox- I downloaded a 600 MB thing and it didnt appear in the desktop - READ DESCRIPTION)?

Question

I downloaded something and i need the memory, So i downloaded it, it appeared in the FireFox Downloads box and then i installed it what ever but i want to delete the saved file now BUT I accidently press clear file so it wasnt on the downloads list AND i Have no idea where its saved. Anybody know where the defualt saving place is? Plz dont say desktop CUZ ITS WASN'T THERE!!! HELP!!!!!

Were you downloading p**n? Probably why. Just kidding. :p

In Firefox, go to Tools --> Downloads. Right click on the file you downloaded and select "Open Containing Folder."

Otherwise go to Tools --> Options --> Main to see how Firefox handles downloads.

If neither of those work, try finding out the filename of the file you download (such as through the Firefox download manager; Tools --> Downloads) and searching your computer for that file through CTRL+F or Start --> Search --> Search for Files or Folders.

Check around in My Documents...there may be a "Saved" folder or it may just be sitting in General My Documents, I'm pretty sure that's the default location.
