Firefox Download/Save As Add-on?

I'm looking for an add-on that will replace my current Firefox download manager with one more similar to Internet Explorer's. I like the idea of one window for multiple downloads, but I miss the:"Open" "Open Folder" "Cancel/Close" options like the ones found in IE.

Firefox website recommends Tweak/Custom Download Manager, but I still prefer IE's 'Save As' Dialogue Box. If anyone knows of a plugin or add-on that emulates this feature, I would greatly appreciate it.
