Firefox deleted everything?

Question

So i restarted my computer, and clicked on firefox. And it asked me if I wanted to import anything from IE? But I rarely use IE. And when I started firefox, everything got deleted. Like my history, and the quick tabs things.. I don't know what happened.

Have you recently updated to version 3? If so, you may have lost your old settings.

Nothing is deleted from your system.

1.Go to internet explorer->File->Import and Export->Next->Export Favorite->Save it as "fav" on desktop.

2.Now to Mozilla firefox and can import the same file.

Your history is stored in a different folder in firefox than IE.  The quick tabs thing disappeared because firefox is a different software program with different features.  The things it woul import would be bookmarks.
