i can not download or save ile any more

Download the new one - Firefox 3.0.1

It has lots of fixes and improvments to the old browser. It will most likely fix the problem you are having anyway.

Then, once installed, to help you download videos and other media get DownloadHelper. It is really good.

Just to make browsing that little bit faster, I also recommend installing AdBlockPlus

upgrade to FF3.01 and go to the add-on (at www.mozilla.org/firefox)and look for a downloader for FF
