Firewall blocking Frostwire?

I know I've asked this question once before, but I got one answer for it, and it didn't solve my problem.

I've had Frostwire for ages now. Most of the time it's been working fine, but the past few days it hasn't been connecting.

The firewall (PC Firewall plus) says that Frostwire's not on the custom block list, but the only way I can get it to connect is to disable the wirewall, which isn't really the safest thing to do.

What can I do to stop this problem?

put it on the trusted list

control panel > Security..allow through firewalls > tick limewire and p2p
