Firewall or possibly network settings not allowing...

Hi there,I was hoping someone could be so kind a and help me a little.I can't get onto my itunes storeorworld of warcraft orshareprooreven re instal my java which I tried to re set but with no success.I'm getting messages saying my network settings also firewall needs addressing.Any ideas would be greatly appreciatedthanks in advanceAlistair(UK London)
