Fireworks saftey fuse??

my mom thinks firework fuse is illegal and wants to go to the police station to talk to the police about it but i tell her that fuse is leagl in every state. i had visco fuse falling leaves and flyin fish fuse could i get in trouble for using it i live in california

I'm pretty sure fuse is legal to have, all it can do by itself is set something on fire wchch is the same a lighter can do!
