Vietnam - if you go to Ho Chi Min city (Saigon, as was) there is the Cu Chi complex of tunnels about 2 hours drive from the city that have been preserved and indeed widened to allow for the girth of westerners.  Here you can see how the NVA lived - the tunnels have living quarters, hospitals, command bunkers - whilst fighting the Americans.  At the end of the complex there is a firing range where you can let loose a variety of weapons including AK47s.  Worryingly though, the targets are dressed as GI's.

Most of the tour companies arrange trips to the complex.
