I followed the instructions to upgrade the firmware on my DVR recorder. At the end of the upgrade process both the on screen instructions and the paper instructions told me to hold down the power button until the unit went off. The paper instructions said then the unit would display "wait" until it was done updating, then the disc tray would close. Neither the "wait" instruction ever appeared, nor did the tray close. The unit is now inoperative, any ideas on how I might be able to make it operative again?
