What if boxing rules would be change and they will add three different surfaces of boxing ring lol!!, the original sort like of rubber, what do you think if they add a clay boxing ring, a grass boxing ring and a hard/cement boxing ring would these affect the boxer's play? Lol What if Pacquiao play Diaz in clay boxing ring Do you think he has the upperhand?, it will surely slow Pacquiao's speed and footwork lol hope you answer this crazy question!!, I'm just imaginative sorry hehe PEACE!!

They would never allow a cement boxing ring. Boxers would often die by breaking the backs of their heads on the cement.
