First Abercrombie interview..NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Well im 17 and this will be my first job....Im a really shy person and i kno that they hold group interviews but um...give me some advice on what i can do to stand out and tell me what kind of questions theyre going to ask please...

wow. my sons g/f did an interview for them about two months ago. she took a managerial position. she ended up quitting because she hated working for them. she said it sucked!! im at work now so i cant ask her exactly what she didnt like. i know it was mainly the employees that made her quit. oh, and they made her work long hours and the overtime wasnt time and a half.
