  1. Of course you put it in an envelope.  Are you from another country?


  2. You'll put your letter inside the envelope.  Then seal and put the address and stamp on the envelope.  Then you can give it to the post office.

  3. Is this a trick question!!!  You mail first class like any other class, its just more expensive and supposedly quicker.

  4. yes. And seal it too.   And since it is first class, technically and legally they can't open it but with our gov't giving permission to wiretap I'm sure that the post office would have no problem opeing your mail if they were real bored.
