First Dance songs by a rock singer?

Question

So I'm not engaged or anything yet, but my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 7 years now (we're 24) so chances are we're heading that way. Problem is we don't have a song, and we're both fans of modern rock music, so our choices of songs to dance to are limited in comparison to the country or oldie fans.

I would like to find a nice song for us where the lyrics really sum up our relationship - we're each other's first love, first kiss, first relationship, and we're both virgins but we're not religious. We love each other endlessly and are very devoted to each other. We're best friends.

I would like it to be slow enough to dance to of course, but I don't want it to sound cheesy like all the typical, overdone wedding-type songs (you know, the "I could not ask for more", "Baby I'm amazed by you", and so on)

So does anyone know of any song with a rock flair that might suit us? And please, absolutely NO country songs... they make me wish I was deaf.

Your Eyes by Pat Monahan.  He was the lead singer for train and this is a solo song.  It's slower but it has some rock esque qualities.  Here's a link to the lyrics

i love rock music too however I love eighties as well.  Why not "love of my life" by Frozen Ghost.  Here are the lyrics

Or. Moment By Aiden. They're both slower songs. But still kinda rock.
