First Date!?!?!?

Question

I just asked my now-girlfriend out today and she obviously said yes. I'm not sure where to go or what to do on our first date. I want it to be romantic but somewhere where we are alone at the same time. Please don't say stay at home. I love her alot and I want it to be special.

We are both 16.

make it a surprise!! drive out to a nice field, or park where there is nobody at night and watch the sunset and look at the star togather. bring out a blanket and maybe a picnic. she will think its sooo romantic! My Boyfriend took me out to a field on our first date and it was magical!!!! We ended up staying out untill like 2:30 am, and got in trouble, b-cuz since it was a secret/suprise nobody knew where we were!! hahah lol, anyway enough about me. good luck and let me know how it went!!-sarah kate

By looking at your name, I'd say the perfect place would be the beach!  Take her at sunset, bring along some food, a rug, and just sit there watching the sunset behind the waves and get to know each other.

Then maybe you could go see a movie, or grab a coffee somewhere.

What are her interests?  The most romantic thing a guy can do for a girl is to pay attention to what she likes, and incorporate that in plans they make together.  If she likes music, maybe take her to see a local band (if you can find one that caters to underagers) etc.

Id say have a picnic in a local park that will b quiet, sit under a tree in the shade and just talk, get to know each other, id say do it in the afternoon so that way its more romantic and it doesnt cost much.

You could always go the classic date which is going to the movies.

You could do both if you liked.

I don't know what kind of budget you have but take her to a fun themed restaurant like Fridays or Olive Garden or something.

I think you should take her our for dinner. Thats always nice no matter where you go, but if you want romantic go somewhere a little fancier. Then go for a walk at the beach or something. If you have your licence you could take her out somewhere to a look out or something for the sunset.

You could also go to the beach and pack a blanket, hotchocolate and some snacks and have a picknick to watch the sunset or something.

This might seem dumb but my best date ever was when me and my boyfriend just hung out in his room all day (no, not doing it) watching movies. It was really homey and sweet.

i know this sounds totally lame, but my favorite date ever was walking around town randomly w/ this guy in the evening. we got some chinese & sat on this concrete wall & laughed & ate. then we just walked around a while, holding hands, talking. we really got 2 know each other well, we got 2 be alone, it was romantic, & it is totally special 4 me. a date w/ no structure is the best bc u never know where it'll go so it can take some really romantic twists & be totally exhilarating. just meet ur girl & ask her what she wants 2 do, so that u can find something 2 do that's very nice 4 both of u. buy her flowers or something sweet like that seemingly randomly somewhere in the middle of the date, so that it's a surprise.

u could always make her a dinner. that's how my dad won my mom over, by making this whole picninc thing & taking her out.
