First Day of School!?!?

Question

For the first day of school I have to wear a black t-shirt. What should I wear for makeup? How should I do my hair. I have freckles, high cheek bones, a round face, olive skin, and my hair is brown and goes about 7 inches below my shoulders. I'm going into 8th grade and I have a small budget. What should I do I want to look great returning from the summer. Help!

MAKEUP-well i use L.A. COLORS they work perfectly and there not a fortune either a light  pink would be cute with your black shirt. usually if u have brown hair u have darker eyelashes so don't worry about buying eyeliner or mascara your choice though. i use a little blush L.A. COLORS on that to there great and cheap!

HAIR- i have the same hair brown and a little bit over my shoulders my hairs layered. so i were it in a pony or leave it down and comb a strip of hair in the middle and clip it. or just keep it down.
