make sure u dont get beat deep ...out side shoulder in when tackling....stay focus dont look up to the stands ...get really pissed ...listen to music and dont talk to anyone before u go out on the field .

as everyone else said, Hit Hard. That sets the tone and kinda psyches out the offense. Other than that block out all of the distractions, keep your mind in the game and you should be cool.
