First Gen Dell DJ 20 Gig "File Cannot Be...

Question

Because I use Yahoo Music Jukebox I cannot transfer tracks directly to my Dell DJ any longer because Yahoo does not support my first gen Dell DJ. I have had to go back to using the Dell DJ Explorer software to transfer songs and playlists to my Dell DJ (which is fine). I've been doing this for about 6 months when all of a sudden yesterday I went to transfer a new mp3 file to the music library and I got an error message on my computer screen that states "file cannot be written". I tried to reset my Dell DJ with a paperclip in the side and all it did was wipe out the Dell DJ music library. I'm very frustrated and do not know what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You guys are the best!
