If you are applying on line you have to fill up first the application on line then you go to the bank to pay after that you need to be scheduled for interview.  When you request for your schedule they will ask for your

BARCODE number (in the on line application form)and also the stamp at the back of your receipt when you pay in the bank.  Best wishes.
