First Job At Publix?

I'm about to go apply to get my first job at Publix. I'm 16 yrs old and I was wondering how they treat they're employees, how the work is, and how the pay would be. If anyone could provide answers, I'd appreciate it.

It is what it is. You’ll be bagging groceries, stocking shelves and probably cashiering. The managers will naturally treat you with no respect.

If it’s something you actually want to stick with though, there’s some money to be made in the General and District Manager positions.

All enter positions will be just that... the managers will treat you very well. And is you are looking for a career this is a GREAT place to work. as a part time and full time employee you will get quarterly bonuses, a X-mas bonus, and they will give you stock in the company. It is one of the best companies to work for. And whatever you want to do for a lifelong career even if you don't want to be in retail you may be able to do at Publix....A great company ....
