First Time HouseShare Help!!!?

Okay so I am moving into a house where this guy already lives. I am having his spare room. now he is a friend of a friend and I have never lived with anyone apart from partners, so any pointers tips or advice please???

Otherwise share your part of the expenses when you say you will and be a mate beyond a house mate, but not in provocative ways.

BEFORE you move in set up house rules  and stick to them.  oh yeah,  no s*x either   that will ruin the whole arrangement  and then you will need a whole new set of rules !!

have house rules, always wear a towel after a shower, hide your shampoo soap etc, have your own shelves in fridge and larder. Your room is strictly out of limits, and his to you.
