First Time Period Question! Please answer!?

Question

Okay well i just got my period today right,

and well usually everyone says they get cramps,

but im not getting any cramps or sickness?

Just when i go to the bathroom i notice the blood so i change my pad, but other than that i dont feel anything.

Am i just lucky or is there something wrong?

thats completely normal

im basically the same way

and you should be happy, your one of the lucky ones. but it might change later and you could get mild to heavy cramps

You are sooooo lucky.  It is perfectly normal to not have cramps, or any other symptoms, just as it is also normal to have all sorts of symptoms.

You're just lucky, I dont feel much either, but maybe once a year I will get killer cramps out of nowhere.

well its your first one so dont expect it to stay painless, that happened to me too, on my first one i felt fine and i was like oh wow this isnt so bad, but then the next couple it started getting a little worse so your lucky for now but keep a little tylenol handy in the house

honestly, I never had cramps until about a year or so after my first. Then it got really heavy and I absolutly dreaded getting it more then normal. You're either lucky, or havent seen the worst of it yet. Let's hope you're lucky!

everyone has different symptom's and u just started so u may not have side affects until you really get into it

That's normal.

It's also normal for your periods to be irregular. When my daughter got hers she had one for a week then nothing for a year. Talk to your mom or another trusted adult. There is alot to know....or you can keep asking them here.

And a big fat "welcome to womanhood" you get to do this for the next 40 plus years !!
