Did anyone have trouble their first time having s*x????

Me and my gf have been dating for 5 months and ive been close to s*x but never like this, we are both madly in love and i know she's the one i want to spend my whole life with. We have tried on 3 ocasions and the first time i had anxiety and it didnt go so well but the other two times i felt very ready she was a bit tight but she is also a virgin. Any pointers, help!!!! Are we retards lol????? what position would be best?

FYI im around 5 foot 11inches she is around 5 foot 2 inches to 5foot 4 inches....Any help would be appriciated

She are not turned on enough. If she's not wet, it won't go in easily. You needs to play her body and tease her C**t with your tongue. Then you should be able to use your natural lubrication to ease it in....a little at a time. Missionary (guy on top) is the easiest way at first.
