First Time Shaving Question...?

it is my first time saving and i have purchased both a Philips 3 head electric saver and a Gillette Fusion blade.... Which of these would you recommend for me... I only have very light hair on my face....

You spent too much- a cheap Bic razor can tackle a light beard with no problem.

Use the Philips 3-head - that's what I have and it does the job fine. I went to stay with a friend this weekend and left the cord and plug at home, so I had to use disposable razors. I cut my face up pretty bad. I realise I'm clumsier than most people but still, you have a much higher chance of cutting yourself with the manual razor, and it won't do as good a job. Especially seeing as you're a first-time shaver, you should go with the electric.

i use a disposable idk why tho...but im like 13 i got like almost a full out beard
