  1. More Information here

  2. Expect a lot of traffic on the Strip. Besides the gambling and clubs there are some thrill rides and other stuff too. There's a giant teeter totter type thing that dangles you off the side of the Stratosphere tower and there's a giant spinning swing too. And the roller coaster at New York, New York is fun but it kinda hurts. Walking around the hotels is fun too, ther;s a lot of stuff to see. Some cool ones are the Bellagio, Wynn, and Paris, but you're staying there so I'm sure you'll see that.

  3. I stayed there about 3 years ago and had a Great time!  At check in we upgraded our room for about $30/day and it was Worth it!  The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was large enough for two people.  We had a room with a Strip view of Bellagio and Caesars Palace.  The Fountain views from our room were incredible.    The Paris casino is really fun, clean and nicely decorated.  If it's not too hot I suggest having a nice glass or wine at Mon Ami Gabi.  It has a French Cafe feel and is just outside of the hotel.  Great Views and excellent company!

From a location perspective you really can't do much better.  It is basically in the middle of the Strip and is short walking distance to most of the other mega resorts.  If you plan on seeing a show I recommend O by Cirque du Soleil (At Bellagio)

If you are looking for night clubs and hip restaurant reviews check out these sites:

    Have Fun!

  4. Paris is nice.  I really like the themeing, and the shopping there!  I suggest that you take a look at a great review on Paris Las Vegas at http://www.bestofvegas.com/hotels/Paris-...

    Hope you have fun!

  5. When do you plan to go?  The day of the week will determine the hot spots.  Are you into clubs or just kicking back in bars?  Do you like shopping, site seeing, etc.?

No matter what your "thing" is, you'll find it there.

My friend and I will be there this weekend Thursday - Monday.

Feel free to e-mail me if you have other questions, or even if you want to hang out and grab lunch/dinner/drinks...

Paris is not linked to the MGM casinos...it is part of the Harrah's group along with Bally's, Imperial Palace, Caesars, and the Rio.

  6. You'll love it.  Have a good time and make sure to take money to LOSE.  It is a great time.  Make sure to check out Paris' buffet on Sunday morning.  it is the best!

  7. Great location and great buffet - best in Vegas imho.

The Paris shares its location with Bally's.

  8. you have to go to the beliago to see the conservatory. its free and a lot of fresh flowers. they always make them into crazy stuff. i saw bears and penguins when i went. you need to go to the Venetian and ride the gondola. the fashion show mall is so sweet if you like to shop. thunder from down under as well as le reve are great shows. eat at the eiffel tower restaurant. (lunch is way less expensive) you have to go to the stratosphere tower, and see the fountains at Belgo. you can check out all of this at visitvegas.com you are going to have a blast!!!

  9. Paris is a nice hotel.  The casino is small and intimate.  You are connected by a walkway to Bally's.  Across one corner is Bills and then Flamingo.  Across another is Bellagio and their beautiful fountains.  Across the other is Caesars Palace, which is walking distance to Mirage and more casinos like TI, Wynn, Venetian, Palazzo.

Try and see one of the cirque shows; there are 5.  Or see Phantom of the Opera or Jersey Boys.  So many shows to see and so few days.  Unless you are in your 20's I would miss the "clubs" and their high bottle prices.

Remember Vegas is 24/7 and always something to do.

Make sure you join the players club at Paris, good for any MGM Mirage casino, where you can earn points toward comps/freebies when you play a table or slot.

  10. just a tid bit, we stayed there 2 yrs ago and there's a cool little bistro there in the mall area of the paris hotel.  its by a little pier and while u are eating, all of a sudden theres a fake thunder and lightning storm and it rains, kinda cool to see.

  11. Paris is in a good location. There are lots of fun things to see and do along the Vegas strip. Here are a few of them.

  12. Paris is an awesome hotel, may i suggest going to earlyvegas.com...they have promo codes for all of the Vegas hotels and a nice article on Paris.
