  1. The single most important thing, before an ambulance arrives is make sure the person is still breathing. If not, then breath for them until help arrives.

  2. Get proper help and be honest

  3. Well if your mate took a drug overdose then I'd hope you'd take things into your own hands and call an ambulance.

I'm not really sure what the point of this question is.

What would the first aiders do or what should you do?

  4. It takes about 1 hour from the time someone loses consciousness until the heart stops completely from drug overdose

It is important to call for help right away if someone becomes unresponsive and tell them what kind of drug they used.

There are drugs that can reverse the effects of drug overdose if administered right away and bring the person around...until next time

  5. Professional help would be needed - call for the paramedics straight away, and if possible tell them what drug has been taken.

  6. Treating a drug over dose is dependent on whether the substance is taken by mouth, injected or inhaled.  If you suspect, your fellow concert goer has taken an overdose, IMMEDIATELY call 911 - do not attempt to treat them on your own. Even if you are worried about legal issues associated with illegal/underage drugs - you can be charged with Involuntary Manslaughter,  should the the victim die due to your failure to seek medical assistance. Should the victim loses consciousness, protect them from falling and monitor breathing. Turn them to lie on their side to protect their airway, in case they start to vomit to vomit.   The 911 operator will be able to coach you through assisting the victim until help arrives.

  7. Unless you have training otherwise, the best answer is usually to just call for help, either security or 911 depending on the venue.

If the person is having seizures, you remove stuff around them they might hurt themselves on, and pad under their head.

If they are acting poisoned, intoxicated, etc. but not bad enough for 911, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 (but be honest about the situation to get the right advice)
