i do 150 chair dips a day.

i do 150 push ups a day. 3 *20 sets regular, 3*20 sets of hands pointed outward. 2*15 elevated push ups.

i also do ab exercises and leg exercises too.

how can i get bigger biceps and triceps?

how can i also jump higher and get bigger calf's?

i work out for about 7 hours a week.

i don't need to diet because i am not over weight or not to skinny so don't put any diet **** on my answers.

i am 13

  1. To get bigger biceps, i suggest doing the dumbell curl.

    Or the concentration curl.

    For triceps, best thing to do is pushups. they help alot.


  2. Diet sh*t? Foul mouth for a kid. Hmmmm...not impressive.

    Do a search online for arm exercises and calf (or leg) exercises. Chair dips will work your triceps, bicep curls will work your biceps (having dumb bells helps).

    Standing and raising yourself up on your toes, lowering, raising will work the calves. Also standing in plie position, as low as you can go, then raise one heel, then the other heel will work the calves.

    You can find other exercises for those muscles online.

  3. to get bigger triceps and biceps you should lift weights, try body building.com there are loads of arm exercises on there. to jump higher requires good leg strength so try plyometrics such as explosive lunges and jump squats, weighted push-ups also work great. for bigger calfs do weighted calf rasies and when you can walk on your tip toes this increses the size of your calfs.
