i do 150 chair dips a day.i do 150 push ups a day. 3 *20 sets regular, 3*20 sets of hands pointed outward. 2*15 elevated push ups.i also do ab exercises and leg exercises too.how can i get bigger biceps and triceps?how can i also jump higher and get bigger calf's?i work out for about 7 hours a week.i don't need to diet because i am not over weight or not to skinny so don't put any diet **** on my answers.i am 13
