First buyer house grant?

someone could tell me more about first buyer house grant? I'm a first time buyer house I bought my house on 01.02.2008 .today I saw on bbc news they was talk goverment can give £1.500 grant to the people which one is his/her first time to buy a house. I got a mortgage to build and home adaptation for my wife is a disabled but isn't enough.
