  1. All that will happen at first will be general questions. Do you like school? Do you have many friends? Kind of like getting to know a new boyfriend or girlfriend.

I am extremely shy with strangers, but I had no problem opening up to her. Somebody told me that I was real brave to go talk to a counselor. I had no choice. Either work toward ending my depression or killing myself.

    I chose to live.

Don't worry, you are taking a major step forward.

  2. It should be relaxed, informal and in surroundings that are not theatening and that are comfortable to you.

A good therapist needs you to open up to them so they can try and find a way forward for you, so its in their interest to make you feel you can trust them.

Don't worry - it wont be anything heavy and you won't be subjected to anything unpleasant.

    Good luck!

  3. You'll be talking for probably the first time in your life to someone who wont judge you, no matter what you say or think. Good luck and I hope it all goes well for you.

  4. It's fine - they usually make like a plan of whats happened in your life so they know what to focus on. They're brilliant don't worry x*x I go once a week x*x
