First day at the job, how do i introduce myself and how to make conversation?

Plz give me detail how to talk to people there, i am so nervous/ what kind of people do i make friends with? i am so scare at making new friends. i don't know how to make friends anymore.... i am just to moved this place. I don't want them pick on me or always telling me like i am some kind of dumbass just cos i am young and newbie

Make eye contact, smile and introduce yourself saying "hi, I'm ---"  Dont try to crack jokes with them yet just be friendly and approachable.

i would never try to change the company doing things ON THE FIRST DAY it might not be a very smart thing to do.  i would wait until they know you.

you should hold your self esteem as normal.

keep your voice heard, try to be open minded as much as you can. don`t care about them feedback because you become a competitor to  them Right there.
