That's a dress, it looks shorter because i took the picture too close to the camera.

I'm going to say no. I don't really like the sweater thing you have with it. Go with a cute shirt and a super cute pair of jeans.

The dress is really cute but it does seem quite short maybe you would want to put a cute pair of neutral colored leggings under it. Just a suggestion! Hope that helps!
