First day of 10th grade?

Question

Okay I have an emerald/bright green dress. I have fair skin that got tan over summer, blondish brownish hair, and hazel eyes. How do I bring out the green in my eyes for the first day of school? What make up, eyeliner, or whatever? Thanks!

I normally use black eyeliner and mascara. Since it makes it darker around your eyes it does bring out the colour a bit :) Also, are you planning wearing a dress to school? Where i live ive never seen anyone do that, but hey, maybe they do where you live! I think if you wear anything green it will bring out the colour :D

use the opposite colour which is purple as an eyeshadow. this will make them look greener. then wear a black mascara so it will make your eyes pop and then you can use a bit of a eyeliner, maybe black or purple?

blue, green, brown brings the green out  the most, for an earthy feel u could do green w/ brown or gold
