First day of school ,help please!

First day of highschool, I'm told that all I need to bring is paper and a pencil. So, I have like this big messanger bag, and if all I bring is that, then it's gonna look empty and stupid, lol. So do you usually just bring like a tote or an oversized purse? Or should I bring my messanger bag and then what else should I put in with it?

if u bring your messanger bag, you can put a pencil case in it, and your pack lucnch if your gonna have any. Bring a bottle of water aswell.

Or borrow a small bag.

ooooh i remember my first day of high school. and its basically true that all you need is a paper and somthing to write with. the first day like all you get is green sheets and books.

so i would just bring a folder to put the paper that the teachers give you. i would suggest you bring the oversize purse and a binder o something.

according to my opinion you should bring the things which u have been told to bring . You can also bring some one or two notebooks in case u get short of the papers.  Also keep one pen with you, may be it could help you. dont make your bag too much heavy to carry.
