Looks very cliché, brother. It looks good, but you're being really safe by looking like everyone else. If your goal was to blend in, then uh.. mission accomplished.

But the look that the answer before me suggested is a bit bland as well. Converse chucks, woo-hoo. The shirt is fine, the shorts are safe as well, but if you can, try to head over to either American Eagle or the Gap. They're popular stores and have got all sorts of comfortable jeans/shorts that accentuate your unique style without forcing you to stick out like a sore thumb.
