First day of school?!?!?

Question

okay its my first day of high school soon and i need to look good. i am very tiny (4'10) i have blonde hair and very pale skin with bright blue eyes. any makeup suggestions please?

k well u sound lik u r naturally pretty and u don't want the kids to think that u r fake so maybe just a little bit of eyeliner to bring out ur blue eyes. some light lipgloss and if needed some concealer. just don't over do it and maybe try out some different styles b4 skool!!!

i say

eyeliner, top and bottom, and color. black/brown wouldn't hurt.

some mascara

pale lipstick or gloss, whichever one you prefer

if you're pale it's not that big of a deal. just pinch your cheeks a couple of times to put some color, and keep doing that throughout the day.

i myself like makeup that makes my eyes pop so i add a really really neon type eyeshadow to my lids.

Put lotion all over your face, draw a thin line of brown eyeliner on your lower eyelashes, curl your upper eyelashes with an eyelash curler, put on one coat of clear mascara on your upper and lower eyelashes, and put on some lip balm.

I'm 15, and your description is exactly how I would describe myself, so it should be easy enough for me to answer your question!

To school I think it's best to look natural makeup-wise. I don't want to make myself look fake or over-done.

Also because I'm pale, I have trouble finding a natural looking foundation, so I tend to wear a little concealer and a little bit of powder foundation. It makes my skin nice and matte and evens my skintone, but isn't really obvious and over-done. If I'm having a bad skin day I'll wear a little bit of cream foundation (I use Maybellene Dream Matte Mousse - they do nice concealers and foundations).

I just cover up any blemishes, and put a little bit under my eyes to make me look more awake. I also use some on my eyelids if I'm going to wear eye-makeup as it provides a good base and makes it stay on for longer without smudging.

For my eyes, I wear a grey or brown pencil and liquid eyeliner. I find that because my skin is pale and my eyes are so brightly coloured, black eyeliner looks a bit too obvious. It also makes me look a bit too gothic for my liking =P

I use the liquid eyeliner to draw a very thin line above my top eyelashes. You don't want to make it look too obvious. The line should be touching your lashes, otherwise it will look unnatural. You don't have to use liquid for that - It's just as easy to use a pencil for it.

You can then use a pencil to draw inside your lower eyelid, or just shade in the lower lashes a little bit, if you don't want to make it that obvious.

You can use an eyelash curler and/or some mascara as well. I find that brown or clear looks better on me.

Lipwise, I personally don't really wear any lipgloss or anything, but a coat or clear would look nice.

I prefer lipbalm. It makes my lips shiny, but moisturises them and makes them taste nice at the same time!

Don't wait until your first day to try it. Experiment with some of the things I and other people have said and find your best look! The only way of seeing if it looks good on you is to try. I bet you'll find a perfect new look.
