My friend's boyfriend has a copy of the first "Playboy". Marilyn Monroe was Sweetheart of the Month and is on a single page in it, so it is not a foldout. The next one Miss January 1954 Margie Harrrison I think was the first double page one and the first to be called Playmate. That first issue has sold for $4400 to $80,000 my friend said.
