First guitar?

Question

i am currently using my brother's electric guitar, but he's getting mad about it now so i have to buy my own. Since i am a beginner i asked and the most recommended was a squire strat. So i found this one:

The problem is i do not know what all the stuff means, soo can you people please explain to me what the stuff on it means. ex. what is a tremolo bridge? and other stuff like that

se special strat is the model. agathis body is the main body shape. shell pick guard is the area behind where you do the picking is a shell cover. rosewood fretboard is where you do your finger work on the neck. dot inlays are the fret marks on the fretboard. 3 single coil pickups are what pick up the sound to go to the amp. these are in different places for different types of sounds. 5 way pick up switch lets you use all of or different combinations of the pickups. chrome hardware is the metal pieces ar chromed. tremolo bridge is the bar by the strum guard it will let the strings loosen and tighten as you play to change the sounds. and the rest is a description of the amp.
