Is this the start of the rejection towards Man City?

There will be more rejection on Man. City offers coz money isn't everything for good footballer, only greedy one will accept it.

Your Link says it all its just paper talk fantasy football talk. why would man city go for a keeper that is in a sub standard Italian Team?. and pay twice as much as they paid for Robiniho!!! Mark Hughes has said all the paper talk is fantasy. and he will get the players he needs not what has been reported by the press. No team challenging for europe is going to let a top player leave during the january transfer window. and Hughes will not be held to ransom on players. they are talking bidding war for Kaka 90 million Chelsea and Man city. all paper talk no substance and we have all seen it before.  Money Talks in Football look at Tevez and Macherano taken on by West Ham both jumped soon as the £££s signs were flashed.

Time to get real City are the Richest Club and it looks as if to be among the super elite Billionaire owners ARE  the way its going to go. live with it or start supporting Blue Square Premier Teams.

well technically he hasn't actually rejected them he just says that there is no offer for him and that he doesn't believe there will be such a huge bid arriving at Juve for him (he obviously hasn't been keeping track of what Cities new owners are like)

but yes you are right there will be many more people who will reject them its not as easy as just throwing money at players and they will come, it was a lot easier for Chelsea because they had just reached the later stages of the CL and finished high in the league so everyone had heard of them but hardly anyone outside of the UK have heard of City, Man Utd are just simply referred to as Manchester around Europe they don't even realise there is a second team in Manchester!

It's hardly rejecting Man City because they are Man City. Buffon is loyal to Juventus, staying even when they were relegated. I doubt the man would be wanting to leave the club just for the money, as he is already on pretty decent wages as it is

Actually,I think GiGi is the second. I think I recall Ruud van Nistelrooy saying he didn't want to go to Man City. Either way,it's good that neither of them want to leave.
