First month on BC Sprintec?

I am nearing the end of my first month on the generic brand of birth control, Sprintec. My question is when in the fourth week do you have your period? I take the pill for three weeks, then the fourth week is nothing but placebo's. Im assuming that I wont get it immediately, but will it come on the second day? The third? thanks

Usually you get your period from day 2 to day 4 in the placebo week. It can also depend on which pill you are using.
