What I did was add all of the min. and got 163 min. Then I tried to find out how many times 60 can go into 163 min. and found out that 60 min can go into 163 min. 2 times. So that's already 2 hours. The excess min. are 43 min. Then I added all of the sec. and got 117 sec. Then I tried to find out how many times 60 can go into 117 and found out that 60 can go into 117 1 time. So that's already 1 min. Then I counted up all of the excess sec. and got 57 sec. So the answer is 2 hours 43minutes and 57 seconds.
